A well known Illinois high school basketball player, F. William Bill Schulz, 86, of Kenilworth, IL, passed away due to complications related to leukemia on Jan. 21, 2021, with his family by his side. Bill was born on November 11, 1934, in Harvard, to the late Fred and Helen Schulz and is survived by his wife of 63 years, Karin; his two daughters, Julie (Matthew) Halbower and Dr. Pamela Schulz, and his son Bill Schulz; his siblings, John, Ken (Marcia), Jim (Carolyn), and Dr. Russell (Hubertus) Schulz and Marybeth (Bill) Peden; his four grandchildren, Samantha, Veronica, Abby and Drew; and numerous nieces and nephews.
