Stay-at-home orders will be lifted for Bega, Blayney, Bogan, Cabonne, Dungog, Forbes, Muswellbrook, Narrabri, Parkes, Singleton, Snowy Monaro and Upper.
NSW deputy chief health officer Marianne Gale said work was ongoing to relax isolation rules as the state transitions towards living with the virus. In August the UK scrapped isolation for the fully vaccinated.
