A man accused of damaging personal property during a protest at the Marshall County Courthouse entered a guilty plea in Albertville Municipal Court Tuesday.

ALBERTVILLE, Ala. Four suspects have been arrested in an Albertville bank robbery on Thursday, February 18, the city said.
A lone man entered the Regions Bank located at 7330 Highway 431 in Albertville at around 1:30 p.m. and forcibly took an unspecified amount of cash from a teller drawer, the city said.
The man fled the scene on foot before being apprehended by police just a short distance away after a customer chased the suspect on foot. The city said a vehicle associated with the man was spotted leaving the area. Soon after, Boaz police stopped the vehicle on Highway 431 near Jack s Restaurant.

ALBERTVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) - One man is in jail after stabbing in Albertville on Wednesday.
Albertville police officers say they found a man with a single stab wound in his back around 1 p.m. on East Main Street in downtown.
Officers claim they were able to find medical help for the victim and later took him to the Marshall South ER for treatment for his wound.
Through further investigation, David Garcia was developed as a suspect and was taken to the Albertville City Jail where he is booked on an Attempted Murder charge.

A man is charged with attempted murder for a stabbing in Albertville.
Albertville police officers responded to the stabbing around 1 p.m. Wednesday on East Main Street in the downtown area. They found a man who had been stabbed in the back once.
The police department says the officers found another man at the scene, David Garcia. They took him into custody and transported him to the Albertville City Jail for an attempted murder charge.
The victim made his way across the street to a nearby restaurant and was taken to Marshall Medical South’s emergency department.

UPDATE: According to Albertville Police, Tevin Hampton was formally charged with the murder of his girlfriend, 45-year-old Amanda Hood. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail around 1:30 p.m. on Thursday.
