FITCHBURG, MASS. (WHDH) - A man charged in connection with the death of 5-year-old Jeremiah Oliver was back in court Friday, where prosecutors revealed new.
Alberto Sierra was dating Jeremiah Oliver's mother at the time the child went missing. The 5-year-old was found in a suitcase off of I-190 in Sterling in 2014.
