It also seeks for universal access to interventions, reduces avoidable maternal, new-born, child adolescent deaths and disabilities as well as universal access to clinical and public health emergencies. Dr Biritwum-Nyarko said this in a speech read on her behalf at a Colloquium to commemorate the World Universal Health Coverage Day by Alliance for Reproductive Health (ARHR) in Accra.
