When an OPP officer was checking out a complaint about a Chevrolet Tahoe doing a sudden U-turn on Highway 17 in the Walden area last fall, he found the driver swerving and going slowly.
As the officer attempted to stop the Tahoe, it continued to swerve before finally coming to a stop on the shoulder of the road.

The driver – Albert Underwood – was found slouching in the driver’s seat, not wearing a seatbelt, had an odour of alcohol on his breath, and appeared emotional.
