ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - If youâre seeing a delay in getting your Albany Utilities bill, itâs on the way.
A few people told WALB theyâre still waiting to get their bill in the mail.
On Tuesday, Albany Utilities said they are getting those bills out to customers as quickly as possible.
Albany Utilities officials said some have already been delivered.
Officials also said theyâre planning to fix the website issues by the end of this week.

ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - Heads up Albany Utilities customers â if youâre having issues with paying your bills online, thereâs a delay in the system.
Mary Petty, the administrative services director for Albany Utilities, said the plan is to have this resolved shortly.
Albany Utilities says some customers may not have gotten their utility bill. And when they call to check their account using a previous billing statement, it reads invalid.

ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - The Albany Utilities drive-thru will reopen Monday, according to the city.
City officials said customers can still make utility payments at the night drop boxes, by phone, alternate sites and online. Customer service representatives will still be there taking calls to answer any payment questions and guide customers through the SpeedPay website during regular hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday, according to the city.
The city said customers should expect longer than usual wait times because of increased call volumes.

ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - A social justice organization is working to fight what they are calling a utility bill crisis in Albany.
The group 9 to 5 just started accepting applications for its utility justice fellowship program for the second year in a row in Albany. The program studies and organizes around utility and social issues.
Joanna Jackson said she has always tried to be active in her community and help others. But last year when she joined 9 to 5, she was also trying to help herself.
