Colleen Anne Brown (née Florian), loving mother, sister, wife and friend, passed away surrounded by family during the evening of May 1, 2021 at her home in Ketchikan, Alaska after a long illness. Colleen was welcomed into the family of Marilyn & Ken Florian, and her big sister Kathy, on Feb. 9, 1951 in Poulsbo, WA. More children blessed the family in the next nine years: Shari, Mike, Konni, & Karen. On December 18, 1971, she married John Sherman Brown and they had three children, Trevor, Jenny, and Tracy. Asian American & Pacific Islander Community Conversation To Be Hosted By Perseverance Theatre

To celebrate Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month, Perseverance Theatre is hosting a Community Conversation led by Artistic Director, Leslie Ishii, on May 26 at 6 p.m. AKDT. Additional panelists include Adriana Li, Dennis Arashiro, and Edric Carrillo.
