The ADGP said Sharukh Saifi is highly radicalised which is evident from the videos and other content of his mobile phones the police recovered from him.
Sharukh Saifi, accused of setting fire to passengers after pouring petrol on them on a moving train in Kerala's Kozhikode, was nabbed from Ratnagiri Railway Station in Maharashtra on the intervening night of April 4 and 5.
