PETERBOROUGH –– Police apprehended three individuals Wednesday who were involved in a high-speed chase and attempted fraudulent currency exchange in Jaffrey. The Peterborough Police Department identified the suspects as Dereck Calva Castillo, 18, from New Haven, Connecticut; Richard Williams, 26, from Bridgeport, Connecticut, who was also the driver; and Alannah Suarez, 20, from Meriden, Connecticut.
