Anthony E. Pierce, 31, of Quincy, Mass., was charged Wednesday with violation of a restraining order and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.
Alexa K. Barnett, 26, of Corpus Christi, Texas, was charged Tuesday with operating motor vehicle at too slow a speed, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, failure to keep narcotics in original container, possession of a controlled substance or more than a half-ounce of marijuana and disobeying the signal of an officer.
