As the national housing market continue to skyrocket, Cornwall is also feeling the heat.
In February, 119 units were sold in the city, according to the Cornwall District and Realty Board (CDRB), which keeps track of the local housing market. This was up over 20 per cent from 2020, and the first two months of the year saw an increase of over 40 per cent compared to last year, according to a monthly report recently published.
