The Pennsylvania Superior Court has rejected an appeal by a Shenandoah man convicted of opening fire and trying to murder five police officers outside the Walmart at the Wilkes-Barre Twp. Marketplace.
WILKES-BARRE TWP. — The township police officer considered to be the hero of the October 2015 shooting rampage in the parking lot of Walmart has died after a battle with
