Correctional deputy here at the Santa Clara County main jail found a male inmate passed out in his cell around 10 30 this morning. The deputy gave him cpr until the medic arrived but they couldnt resuscitate him and pronounce the inmate dead at 11 00 oclock. So far the cause of death has not been determined. Now the same jail a month ago 3 deputy accused of murdering inmate michael tyree. Autopsy showed he died from Blunt Force Trauma and internal bleeding. 2 of the deputy are out on bail and expected to enter plea next month. The third deputy has a bail hearing set for tomorrow. As for todays death an autopsy will help determine the exact cause and at this time authorities have not yet released t
