“The Smart Selangor Parking mobile app introduced through Selangor government’s business arm Selangor Smart Delivery Unit (SSDU) in 2018 has seen a gradual acceptance among motorists.
“In 2018, there were 300,000 users while the following year it increased to 800,000 users. As of March this year, we have 1.5 million users who pay for the parking via their smartphones, ” he added.
