Kevin Maddox , Dee Fowler and Jennifer Cornett are the three new people who have taken key positions of leadership in the city of Hoover over the past seven months.
Ken Grimes served as Orange Beach s city administrator for more than 14 years before being named director of external affairs in November 2022. He will become Hoover s next city administrator at the end of October or start of November.
