Salaar concluded its opening weekend overseas with USD 9.30 million. The worldwide weekend for the film amounted to Rs. 303 crore, with Rs. 226 crore coming from India.
Salaar grossed Rs. 80 crore plus worldwide on Saturday, crossing the Rs. 200 crore mark with Rs. 225 crore approx total. The worldwide weekend for the film is headed for Rs. 300 crore.
Prabhas led Salaar is the film with the fourth-highest opening day collections in the history of the Indian box office, trailing only behind Baahubali 2, RRR, and KGF 2.
Prabhas dominates the list of top openers, with four entries to his name, including the biggest one on the top. Since 2017, all his releases have opened in the top five, except for Radhe Shyam.
The overseas gross coupled with Rs. 96 crore in India gives a worldwide opening day of Rs. 145 crore approx, making it the fourth Prabhas film to start with a Rs. 100 crore debut globally.
