The Philippine Red Cross (PRC) Manila Chapter paid homage to its volunteers who showed "exceptional achievements and significant contributions" during its 35th Chapter Biennial Assembly.

Held at the historic Manila Hotel on Oct. 8, the event with the theme, "7 Dekada, 5
