City Centre Al Zahia, set to become the largest mall in the Northern Emirates, is on schedule to open in March 2021, developer Majid Al Futtaim Properties has confirmed.
Located in Sharjah, the mall – featuring 136,200 sqm of leasable space – was initially slated to open in 2020, but its launch was delayed due to the pandemic.

DUBAI, December 23, 2020 Majid Al Futtaim, a leading shopping mall and leisure pioneer, has partnered with top retail and hospitality organisations Azadea Group and Landmark Group for new brands and stores at the City Centre Al Zahia in Sharjah. This arrangement will see the leading regional retail companies introduce their extensive range of world-class brands and stores including Zara, Bershka, Pull & Bear and Virgin from Azadea; as well as Centrepoint, Home Centre, Max, Emax, Steve Madden, Pablosky and Eccofrom Landmark to the soon-to-be-launched mall Encompassing over 136,200 sq m of gross leasable space, 70 percent of the mall has already been leased; with a long list of internationally-recognised and home-grown brands making the eagerly awaited shopping centre their new home.
