Dubai: Saudi Arabia will impose no more strict measures or curfew if all abide by the precautionary measures and preventive protocols to stem the spread of coronavirus, an official said.
According to the Saudi newspaper Okaz, Lt. Col. Talal Al Shalhoub, security spokesman at the Ministry of Interior, affirmed that imposing measures similar to curfew depends on how the public adheres to protocols.
“The issue is in our hands citizens, residents and visitors. I hope that everyone takes what the government agencies decide seriously, and that community members spare no efforts to support the government in containing the pandemic,” Al Shalhoub added.
