Doha: Al Rayyan Tourism Investment Company (ARTIC), a leading international hotel investment company and Marriott International have announced the signing of a milestone agreement to bring a 505-guestroom hotel located in central Berlin into the Marriott International fold. Located on Stauffenbergstraße and renowned for being one of Berlin’s largest conference hotels, the ARTIC-owned property will join as Hotel Berlin Central District. Set to undergo an extensive, phased four-year renovation, the hotel will debut as the JW Marriott Berlin in 2022.
