During his speech at the opening of the Saudi-Moroccan Economic Forum and Business Council held in Casablanca Wednesday, Dr. Al-Qasabi disclosed that these numbers do not meet the aspirations of the leaderships of the two brotherly countries and peoples.
The Moroccan-Saudi Economic Forum saw the participation of 130 Saudi and Moroccan companies, in order to advance the economic partnership that links the two kingdoms, strengthen commercial cooperation and expedite investments in the targeted sectors.
During the visit, Al-Qasabi is also planned to participate in the Saudi-Moroccan Economic Forum to be held Tuesday with the participation of several businesspeople representing major companies in the two countries.
He also stressed the importance of the contribution of the multilateral trade systems in promoting the achievement of sustainable development goals, and stimulating sustainable and inclusive investments in all clean and low-emission technologies, including renewable energy, to accelerate economic recovery.
The meeting, to kick off Thursday, will see the participation of concerned ministers of G20 member states and invited countries to discuss paramount priorities of the working group towards reforms of the World Trade Organization.
