Chef de cuisine Mohd Al Muhaimin Nordin, who is well-known for his prowess in whipping up authentic Malay food, has been delighting diners at this hotel.
Al Muhaimin, who hails from Kampung Duyung in Melaka Tengah, describes the roasted whole lamb leg as the high point of the Nostalgic Kampungku Buffet, as it is cooked to tender perfection with tasty, succulent meat.
