The IDF released an animated video on Saturday evening providing an inside look at the Hamas Metro underground tunnel network which the Israeli Air Force destroyed late Thursday night in a massive assault on the Gaza Strip. On Thursday evening the IDF took Hamas by surprise, luring them into their tunnel network, known to the IDF as the Metro , before destroying it, killing an estimated 300-400 Hamas operatives.
The “Metro” had been built in the years after the 2014 war in the Gaza Strip, also known as Operation Protective Edge. It was a network of dozens of kilometers of tunnels that crisscrossed Gaza and provided safety for Hamas operatives from Israeli aerial incursions. Al Jazeera Media Network (AJMN) today announced the launch of Rightly, a new US based digital platform that will generate content for audiences currently underrepresented in today’s media environment. Rightly will soft launch with its first show, “Right Now with Stephen Kent,” on February 25th. The show, hosted by one of the rising stars in Millennial political circles in the United States, will stream on Rightly social media and podcast platforms. Additional Rightly programming will be announced in the coming months.
Guatemala cracks down on caravan of 9,000 migrants bound for US

Guatemalan security forces have clashed with hundreds of Honduran migrants and asylum seekers travelling in a caravan bound for the United States.
Police and soldiers, many wearing helmets and wielding shields and sticks, formed ranks on Saturday across a highway in the village of Vado Hondo, Chiquimula, near the Honduras border, to block the procession of migrants.

Guatemala’s officials said as many as 9,000 migrants and asylum seekers have entered the country since Friday.
About 6,000 pushed past about police and soldiers posted at the border on Friday; most entering without showing the negative coronavirus test that Guatemala requires. An additional 3,000 crossed into the country on Saturday, they said.
