That incident took place shortly after nine this morning at the happy happy daycare located on fleetwood drive in san joses almaden valley. Abc seven News Reporter leslie brinkly has more from investigators, as well as some stunned neighbors. Two year old boy unconscious is breathing as uncertain when he was found drowning, attempting cpr instructions. Now the emergency call came in around 9 a. M. Fire and Police Personnel rushed to this home in the san jose suburb. Happy, happy daycare operates out of a home on fleetwood drive at clover hill drive.
