Shah Newaz alias Rajib alias SM Golden Shoyeb, the kingpin of the racket and son of Shaheed Master, is accused in at least six cases. Hailing from Waru in Nabinagar upazila of Brahmanbaria district, he has been residing in Dakkhinkhan of the capital. The investigation officers (IOs) of the cases said they were not looking into the matter as the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has taken over it.
