People sheltering in the hospital had fled 10 days of bombing by israel. The Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu denied that israel was responsible and blamed what he called barbaric terrorist. Number two, to work with israel to try to figure out some way to minimise the impact on civilians within gaza, and also within israel, to try to chart a path forward.
