Every summer, Kurdi village in Goa emerges from beneath the waters, revealing a glimpse of its rich history. Once a thriving community submerged by the Salaulim Dam, Kurdi resurfaces for a brief period in April and May. Former residents return to revisit old landmarks like the Sacred Heart of Jesus Chapel and the Someshwar Temple.
