Jenn Kidd was named executive director of Akron s Nightlight Cinema, effective Monday, June 7, the nonprofit s board of trustees announced.
Matthew Wachter, who will remain as a member of the board of trustees and had been filling in as interim executive director since the beginning of 2020, is stepping down from his post at the helm. Wachter, after all, has a full-time job as a regulatory compliance analyst for Westfield Insurance and he welcomed the transition.
