A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos State has issued a warrant for the arrest and extradition of three foreign nationals, namely Prem Garg, Devashish Garg and Marcus Wade to enable them stand trial in Nigeria over allegation of fraud amounting to US$ 42,485,900.00. Justice Akintayo Aluko issued the warrant against the foreign nationals to stand trial over the fraud allegedly against a Nigerian Bank.
A Federal High Court has stopped the Incorporated Trustees of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and the President of the institute, from interfering with the right to practice as licensed Estate Surveyors and Valuers of four members of the Institution. The four members are; Richard Olodu, Oyedepo Olalekan, Afolabi Lewis Emmanuel and Abraham Akinropo.
