Pfizer is seeking a fast-track approval, meaning that based on the fact that its vaccine has been approved in other countries, it won t have to conduct large scale clinical trials here. The vaccine, which has been developed jointly by Pfizer and its German partner BioNTech SE, has already been rolled out across Britain and the United States.
