SAN JOSE DEL MONTE CITY, Bulacan – Unfulfilled promises have prompted many members of Bayan Muna and the Kalipunan ng Damayang Panlipunan (Kadamay) from Central Luzon to return to the fold of the law, it was disclosed during a mass surrender ceremony here Friday.

In a speech during the event, Bayan Muna organizer alias “Ka Jenny” said they supported the Communist Party of the Philippines because they were promised free housing and education for their children in exchange for financial and other support from the organization.
