The Managing Director of Emilinks Ltd, Solomon Nwadiogbu, is seeking N1.5billion from the Police and the Lagos State Ministry of Youth, Sport and Social Development, as compensation for alleged violation of his fundamental rights.
Nwadiogbu told the Federal High Court in Lagos that the duo and seven others were part of an alleged ploy to take his two teenage children from him and award custody to his estranged wife, Mrs Adamu Cynthia Amos.
He averred that on several occasions, policemen and Taskforce officials arrived at his home in buses and with Black Maria trucks, with which they planned to take away his teenage children.
