A police inspector, Matthew Ahmen, who worked with ASP Drambi Vandi, the officer accused of killing a lawyer, Mobolanle Raheem, on Monday, testified in a Lagos State High Court that the Ajah Divisional Police Officer warned them not to shoot any civilian.
