This is the first service of its kind in India, where contact centres have traditionally contracted different vendors for different functions. The platform combines voice, cloud, and software to simplify contact centre management and improve customer contact experience. Airtel s CCaaS offering reduces investment costs by unifying voice-as-a-service, cloud, and contact centre software from leading providers.
