Trespassing sign, but crews say that did not stop people from trespassing. Two died early this morning when a fire break out at the fourplex after 1 00 this morning. The victims, a man and woman, have not been identified. Their bodies were discovered in the bottom unit where it was believed to have started. What is last of the building was boarded up in hopes to keep others away from the now hazardous site where there is a last damage and debris from this mornings fire and two previous fires this year. We are sad. I am in a situation where i am sad to see people trying to stay warm and they are hurt. Neighbors say they have seen up to six squatters at a time mostly on cold nights like the night we have been having. Crews, again, remind people that this property is now considered structurally unsafe so no one is allowed to enter. Fire investigators will be here later to determine what caused the latest fire.
