Swedish authorities have launched a major search-and-rescue operation after a private jet crashed into the sea off the coast of Latvia, Swedish and German media report. The jet, which took off from southern Spain on Sunday, reportedly flew over.
A small private plane with four people on board has crashed over the Baltic Sea, off the Latvian coast, according to a report by Swedish newspaper Dagens Nyheter.
The woman was saved after a walker and his two children heard her crying for help from the abandoned mineshaft and called emergency services at 5.30pm on April 22, in Norberg, Sweden.
British company Scotline, which owns the Scot Carrier, said in a statement late on Monday that all of the cargo ship s crew were tested for drugs and alcohol, with two exceeding the legal limit.
