Fortnite is set to get a new skin set that brings major football (or soccer) club s skins to the game. Dubbed Kickoff Set, the new skins will be available to players from January 23, along with Pele s Air Punch emote. Epic Games, the developer of Fortnite, has teamed up with 23 football clubs to bring their outfits to the game, that players can swap between. Fortnite is also introducing the Pele Cup that will give players a chance to win the Air Punch Emote and Kickoff Set for free.
A message from Epic Games adds: “Something’s lurking in the jungle.
“Hunt or be hunted in the v15.21 update, scheduled for release on January 20. Downtime will begin at approx. 4 AM ET (09:00 UTC).
“We re aware that searching for specific players through your friend s list may not function correctly. Please refrain from mass accepting friend request while we get this resolved.”
As you may have guessed from the tweet, update 15.21 adds Predator to the game.
According to the patch notes, Predator will join the game as a new boss character, where he ll be available with a brand new Mythic weapon.

Epic has paid tribute to legendary Brazil icon Pele for a new player-themed emote and tournament.
The Pele Cup is a Fortnite Limited Time Mode (LTM) taking place on January 20. Who better to kick off a global football program than one of the greatest players to ever live? said Nate Nanzer, head of global partnerships at Epic Games. We re super excited to be able to bring Pele s famous air punch celebration into the game. We also have a really exciting tournament that we re going to be running where any Fortnite player will be able to sign up and compete to try to win both outfits and the Pele emote early, prior to launch, for free.
