A philanthropic couple has committed a multi-million dollar investment in the renovation of the Air Force Academy’s football stadium, according to a Tuesday news release.
Marcolongo Stepping Down as President and COO of AOG
On 14 July, 2021, Marty Marcolongo, ’88, president and chief operating officer of the Air Force Academy Association of Graduates (AOG), announced to the staffs of the AOG and the Air Force Academy Foundation that he is stepping down from his position. His last day with the AOG will be September 1, 2021.
Marty has been an integral part of the AOG’s mission since his arrival in 2001. In his varied roles over the years, Marty has been instrumental in the operation of almost every aspect of the AOG’s work. Some of his many roles have included chapter liaison, membership director, vice president of alumni relations, vice president of business development, senior vice president of operations and chief executive officer.
