Wayne Paul Leeder was stopped driving a blue Citroen C1 on the M275 near Portsmouth. The 40-year-old of Ainsley Gardens in Eastleigh was found to have 97 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The limit is 35 microgrammes making him 2.7 times the limit. Leeder pleaded guilty to the offence which happened on October 8 last year. Appearing at Portsmouth Magistrates Court on Monday he was disqualified for 24 months and fined £850. He must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 in court costs.
