Rather appropriately, Regina’s city council has parked a report concerning temporary parking lots in the downtown.
Council was meant to vote on the report and bylaw changes on Jan. 13, but the city cancelled the meeting that day due to technical difficulties. As such, part of the agenda from the previous council meeting was rolled into Wednesday’s meeting.

But council was no closer to making a decision on the report at that meeting, after Coun. Andrew Stevens (Ward 3) proposed an amendment and a tabling of the report.
