A livestream from state-run RTVM showed President Rodrigo Roa Duterte administering the oath of Nograles as new CSC chairperson at Malacanan Palace. Photos of Nograles' oath-taking ceremony were also shared to reporters. Malacanang has yet to release Nograles' appointment papers.
