LOXLEY, Alabama Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey joined retail officials, along with representatives from local, county, state and national governments breaking ground Wednesday, Feb. 10 on a new regional headquarters and distribution center at the intersection of County Road 49 and Industrial Park Drive in Loxley for ALDI, one of America’s fastest-growing retailers.
