They have just been taken back to the prison where they have been detained for 11 months, but the expectation is that they will be free men. How did we get to this point . This trial started early this morning, and the Defence Lawyers were saying that because this boat sank in international waters, the court he had nojurisdiction, so basically no legal basis to try these nine men.
