Turkey treats Azerbaijani soldiers wounded in Nagorno-Karabakh A Turkish hospital in Istanbul provided five veterans of the Azeri army with prostheses as part of an aid project, Ahval News reported on Sunday, citing state-run Anadolu new agency. Humanitarian Relief Foundation (IHH), a conservative charity, organised the transfer of soldiers to Istanbul, it said. It was first expected to test a prototype by 2023, but now it is not expected to be in service until 2029.
