HARRISBURG - As much as the videos of George Floyd’s death lit a fuse of anger and protest over repeated instances of Black men dying at the hands of police officers last summer, the instant aftermath of the conviction of Floyd’s killer Tuesday evening seemed to fall like a balm on Harrisburg and its residents.
