Un projet pharaonique pour remodeler la capitale Niamey Niger-Maroc-Développement juillet 04, 2021 à 22:21 175 APA-Rabat (Maroc) L’entreprise « Ymmy Finance Holding » s’est donné pour mission de changer d’ici 8 ans, le visage de la capitale du Niger, Niamey. Un projet financé par la société marocaine de BTP, à hauteur de 3,3 milliards de dollars (2000 milliards de francs CFA).
Etalé sur six volets, ce projet de smart city, prévoit la construction superficie de logements sociaux et économiques sur une superficie totale de 1050 ha, a fait savoir Ahmed Lotfy président du Groupe « Ymmy Finance Holding », qui présentait samedi les grandes lignes de ce projet au Conseil municipal de Niamey.
