Tests for recruitment of 46,500 teachers in August, says Saeed Ghani

The Sukkur Institution of Business Administration (IBA Sukkur) is set to conduct tests in the second week of August for the recruitment of 46,500 schoolteachers.
Sindh Education Minister Saeed Ghani said this on Friday while presiding over a meeting held at the office of the school education secretary.
So far the school education and literacy department has received five hundred thousand applications for the recruitment of 46,500 primary schoolteachers (PSTs) and junior elementary schoolteachers (JESTs).
The meeting discussed the test procedure for the recruitment of teachers, installation of CCTV at the test centres, and biometric attendance of candidates. “The IBA Sukkur has been directed to conduct a transparent recruitment test and ensure the installation of CCTV cameras at examination centres.
