KABUL (Pajhwok): The Paktia Police Headquarters (HQ) have inked an on-sale contract of some used items at a very low price with a corolla type vehicle fetching just 9,500 afghanis and a motorcycle 1,300 afs in violation of the law.
Pajhwok Afghan News has obtained a copy of a
letterfrom the Pakita Primary Military Attorney Office that shows the Paktia Police HQ had handed over
lettersfrom Naimatullah Chopan Company Lal Marjan Chopan Company and Abdul Wakeel Sherzai Company to Police HQ in which the two companies showed interest in obtaining the contract, but Police HQ signed the on-sale contract of scarp with another company on January 07/2021.
