The Ministry of Forest and Environment has issued a procedure for the implementation of various programmes in the provinces through utilisation of federal conditional grants.
The Philippine Eagle Foundation (PEF) has initiated the Forest-RegAIN project, which aims to plant three million native trees across 1,200 hectares of land.
